Since the above appearance on Granada TV's 'Stars In Their
Eyes', Terry has developed
a variety of tribute acts such as
Meatloaf (Meet Loaf), The
Blues Brothers (The Chicago Hit Squad),
Rocky Horror (Rokky Horror Tribute Show),
Grease (Grea5e),
and The Commitments
(Mustang's Alley) - all available with a full live band, or via
digital backing playback for smaller venues - Self Contained PA and lighting
or in collaboration with your chosen technical specialists.
These
shows combine Terry’s impressive vocal range, power and versatility, with
his haunting resemblance to Meat Loaf (who appeared in the Rocky Horror
Picture Show (Sharman J. 1975)), and his
professional Musical Theatre characterisation skills. After many years
of singing music from pop to rock, from ballads to show-stoppers and
light opera, in 1994 he realised that combining voice and appearance was
becoming irresistible as audiences demanded songs by Meat Loaf and
other larger than life characters, i.e. Jake Blues & Andrew Strong (Decco).
The shows are available as solo (Meet Loaf), Duo (Meet Loaf or Blues
Brothers), Trio (Commitments), Four piece (Rokky Horror and/or Grea5e) from
1 hour up to 3 x 45 minute sets. Accurate impersonations/simulacra of
the original stars further enhanced by the addition of female support
vocalists and a 100% live band.
